Pest Technician - Deans Services If you love working outdoors, seeing instant results from your effort, and helping customers take pride in their homes, we want you on our team. Our Technicians are the face of Deans — the trusted experts who keep our customers' homes comfortable. What You'll Do As a Pest Technician, you'll visit residential properties to treat pests and help customers understand how to care for their home. You'll use professional equipment to apply products safely and accurately and recommend the best services to improve each property. Additional appointments are scheduled as needed to address new concerns on the customer's property. No experience? No problem — we provide full paid training to help you build your skills and confidence. Training & Pay Training lasts up to 8 weeks and pays $18-$20 per hour. Our typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, giving you weekends to recharge.
