Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team and help deliver an A+ experience to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pest management, outdoor maintenance, and customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, utilize various tools and equipment, and develop expertise in pest control. Available overtime. Pay Starting pay $16/hour +bonuses. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and effective methods Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance plans Maintain detailed records of treatments performed and areas serviced Use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for treatment applications Operate vehicles safely to reach multiple job sites throughout the day Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for pest management Skills Knowledge of pest control techniques and products is a plus Experience with sales or customer service is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other outdoor equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for effective pest management Willingness to learn new skills related to pest control This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, environmental health, and providing excellent service to clients.
