Duties Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues using entomology knowledge and pest control techniques. Apply chemical agents safely and accurately, following pesticide management guidelines and safety protocols. Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery to perform pest control treatments efficiently. Use ladders safely for elevated treatments, adhering to ladder use and ladder safety procedures. Implement integrated pest management strategies tailored to each client's needs, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, treatment procedures, and customer interactions for compliance and reporting purposes. Engage with customers professionally, providing education on pest prevention and addressing any questions or concerns with excellent customer service skills. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or similar fields is highly desirable. Familiarity with pesticide application knowledge, chemical handling, and pesticide management practices. Knowledge of entomology principles related to common pests in residential and commercial settings. Experience operating ladders safely and understanding ladder safety procedures. Ability to handle power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in pest control operations. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to follow safety protocol adherence at all times. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly is required. $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
