Position Overview W.L Pest Control LLC is seeking an experienced, licensed Pest Control & Termite Technician who can work independently, follow directions, manage a daily route, and provide professional customer service. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional pest-control field experience and current HPC and WDO credentials/registration . The technician will service residential and commercial properties, perform complete pest and termite services, drive assigned routes, document all work, take required service photos, collect payments when necessary, and communicate effectively with customers and management. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, punctual, experienced, and capable of completing assigned work without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections for pest, rodent, and termite activity Perform complete interior and exterior pest-control treatments Perform termite inspections and treatments within licensing requirements Follow IPM practices, pesticide labels, PPE requirements, and all safety regulations Complete the full assigned scope of service at every stop Service multiple residential and commercial locations throughout the workday Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle Follow assigned routes, schedules, and service instructions Clock in and clock out accurately and on time Use a smartphone for GPS, communication, service documentation, and reporting Take clear before-and-after/service photos when required Complete electronic service reports, invoices, treatment notes, and other documentation accurately Communicate customer concerns, service issues, delays, and job completion to management promptly Communicate professionally and patiently with customers Explain pest findings and recommendations clearly Collect payments and follow proper billing procedures Identify legitimate additional-service opportunities when appropriate Keep chemicals, equipment, tools, and the company vehicle clean and organized Report equipment or vehicle problems promptly Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional pest-control field experience Current HPC and WDO credentials/registration Experience with residential and commercial pest control Experience with termite inspections and treatments Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong time-management and organizational skills Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable using a smartphone, GPS, text messaging, photos, electronic reports, and invoices Reliable transportation to the required reporting location Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance Professional appearance and conduct Ability to safely handle pest-control equipment and chemicals High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Primary route days may include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Possible Saturday work based on scheduling needs Driving & Route Expectations This is a high-driving field position . Depending on the assigned route, technicians may drive approximately 100-200+ miles in a workday throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding service areas.

Servicing multiple cities and customers in one day Extended driving between appointments Managing an assigned route efficiently Following GPS and route instructions Transitioning between residential and commercial properties Completing full interior and exterior services Maintaining safe driving practices throughout the workday This is not a low-mileage, single-territory position . The successful technician must have the physical stamina, mental focus, organization, and time-management skills necessary to complete a full field-service day safely and professionally. Independent Work & Accountability This position requires a technician who can be given an assigned route and complete the work correctly without repeated supervision or reminders . Technicians are expected to arrive on time, follow instructions, perform the complete service, take required photos, complete documentation, communicate problems promptly, and maintain professional standards at every customer property. If you are not comfortable working independently, following detailed instructions, documenting your work, using a smartphone throughout the workday, or driving extended distances, this position will not be a good fit.
