Description Grayson Community Daycare Inc. is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Full-Time Educator to join our team! The successful candidate will help provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and develop. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and who is committed to being an active and positive member of our team.

Responsibilities include:

Provide active and attentive supervision of children at all times. Build positive, caring relationships with children and support their individual needs. Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Use positive and respectful behaviour guidance strategies. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest, toileting, transitions, indoor and outdoor play. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Complete required documentation and developmental observations. Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and management. Work cooperatively with the team and assist with daily centre duties. Follow all GCD policies, procedures, and Saskatchewan childcare licensing requirements. What we're looking for: ECE Level I, II, or III certification is an asset. Applicants without certification may be considered if willing to enroll in an approved ECE program and work toward ECE Level I. Current First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain. Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check. Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work well as part of a team.
