Job Summary Looking to work for a locally owned and operated, family-oriented company with a respectable reputation? Menehune Pest Management is for you. Our company has immediate positions available for
FULL TIME
Pest Management Professionals working island-wide (island of Oʻahu only).
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Job Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply pesticides and chemical agents safely and accurately following pesticide management guidelines and safety protocols. Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders and other equipment to perform pest control treatments effectively. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while maintaining vehicle safety standards. Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide recommendations for ongoing pest prevention. Follow all safety procedures related to ladder use, respiratory protection, chemical handling, and pesticide application.
Candidates must possess the following:
Pest Control Certified Applicator License preferred, but not required. Previous pest control experience preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles responsibly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about pest issues and solutions. Ability to work independently and manage a daily route. Ability to safely operate ladders, power tools, and other equipment necessary for pest management tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly a plus Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions using hand tools and climbing ladders safely. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends

From $20.00 per hour
