Job Duties Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and identify entry points. Safely apply approved pesticides, baits, traps, and other treatment methods. Seal small openings to help prevent infestations. Educate customers on pest prevention and sanitation practices. Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology. Operate company service vehicles while following established safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Experience Requirements Ability to inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and entry points. Knowledge of safe pesticide application, pest prevention methods, and integrated pest management practices is preferred. Ability to follow service schedules, safety procedurs, and state and federal pest control regulations. Strong attention to detail when identifying pest issues, documenting findings, and completing treatments. Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently in a variety of indorr and outdoor environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain state-required pest control licenses or certifications. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment, chemicals, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides while follopwing established safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment. Comfortable working in tight, confined spaces, crawl spaces, basements, and various weather conditions. Physical ability to wear protective gear and perform inspections in challenging environments.
