Great entry level/apprentice position to start a great long term career . Paid training for all applicants with our proven techniques. Grow with us. AI does not affect this industry as others. Technicians service loyal customer base and new accounts, assist customers on how to keep their property pest free and prevent damage in a professional and friendly way. This is a field position to cover Baltimore County, Baltimore Metro and near by counties , driving from customer location to location using company vehicles, Local applicants familiar with Baltimore Metro preferred.

Applicants with completed Assessments (online survey/test by indeed) will be reviewed. Responsibilities and Duties Technicians have a daily schedule of accounts provided by our office. You will manage your own route and future, help to grow the firm to help others. Our work ethic is based on honesty, fairness and family values. Inspect/treat residential-commercial properties. Employees are trained and provided with PPE according to job requirements. Keep materials, company vehicle and tools in working order 7am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday average work days Multitask , fast pace environment
Qualifications:
Familiar with the area or lives in Baltimore Metro Areas Ready to learn a new CAREER. Professional and friendly work ethic. Stable work history , same job for 2 years or better, good job history a plus! 1 year of driving experience min. no accidents past 2 years. MD drivers Lic. no more than 2 points on lic. last 3 years. Friendly , easy to start a conversation with any one at any time with a smile Not afraid of dogs, bees, small spaces, climbing ladders, meeting people, good communication/verbal skills. Good time management. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Able to climb small ladders, go into small spaces. Use hand tools, drills, flashlights, digital tablets, etc. Pass drug test and good background check. Paid Training, medical benefits available, profit sharing, paid vacation, paid uniforms, company vehicle.
