A1 is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mosquito Technician to join our field operations team. This position focuses on performing interior and exterior pest inspections and treatments while delivering a professional and reassuring customer experience inside and outside homes and businesses. Job Responsibilities Inspect interior and exterior areas for signs of pest activity Apply interior and exterior pest control treatments according to service protocols Identify pest issues and contributing conditions Follow all product labels, safety procedures, and company standards Communicate findings, treatment plans, and prevention recommendations clearly to customers Maintain accurate service records and documentation Operate and care for company equipment and vehicles Work efficiently to complete assigned service routes daily Requirements Must have Applicators License in ME Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work indoors in residential and commercial environments Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces as needed Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Professional communication skills with customers and team members Prior pest control experience Work Schedule Overtime available during peak season Occasional weekends during high service demand Benefits Paid time off Health insurance options 401(k) with company match Holiday pay Commission opportunities Training, licensing, and advancement opportunities About Working Here At Ned's we focus on providing high-quality service, maintaining customer trust, and supporting our team so routes run smoothly.
