We've built a top-notch reputation for helping clients safely eliminate and prevent unwanted pests. Position Summary We are seeking a Pest Management Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage every step of the customer's pest elimination journey while upholding our high standards of service and professionalism. Job Duties Identify opportunities and sell additional services and products to prevent future infestations Complete an assigned monthly pest control route Conduct inspections and assessments of buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestations Determine the least invasive treatment for the problem Communicate and implement treatment plans focused on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Maintain accurate records of service visits, customer information, and related documentation Follow up with customers after service as needed Preferred Qualifications Pest control experience is preferred, but not required (training provided) Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Comfortable working on ladders Able to navigate attics and crawl spaces Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
