Job Summary Reliant Pest & Wildlife is a family-owned, licensed pest and wildlife company that has served the Triangle since 2016. Our fall wildlife route is booked and growing, and we need a technician who can take it over from the first week. This is not a trainee position.

Pay:

$24-$26 per hour + 20% production pay + 10% sales commission. Company truck, fuel card, phone, paid licensing, health insurance, paid time off. Monday-Friday, day shift. No nights, no weekends, no on-call. The job, defined You are a wildlife and exclusion technician first: inspections, humane removal, sealing entry points, attic cleanup and insulation.

You inspect and you sell:

you quote the job from our price guide at the door and close it. Inspections are yours. You perform what you sell. Sales and production are the same person on this route. You will be cross-trained on moisture control and crawlspace encapsulation. No experience required; we teach it, and it's where a specialty tech's income grows. You may run a regular pest route on occasion when the team needs it, but wildlife is your seat. How you're paid: three ways Hourly base: $24-$26 per hour , depending on experience. Paid every week.

Production pay:

20% of the price of every job you perform. Seal a $1,500 exclusion, earn $300 on top of your hourly.

Sales commission:

10% of every job you sell. Quote and close that same $1,500 job, earn another $150. A tech who sells and performs a full route earns well above base. Production and commission are paid every pay period, not quarterly. What you'll do Your own daily route across Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina and Wake Forest Inspect attics, rooflines and foundations; find every entry point (squirrels, raccoons, mice, rats, bats, birds) Humane removal; trap sets and checks

seal entry points with steel mesh, hardware cloth and flashing (never foam), backed by our warranty Attic cleanup, sanitation, and insulation replacement after wildlife Crawlspace and moisture work as you're trained: vapor barrier, sealing, encapsulation with our crew Written quotes from the price guide on site, before you leave Customer texts before arrival, clear explanation of what you found and what happens next Photos and notes on every job in FieldRoutes before you drive away What you bring 1+ year hands-on in wildlife control or exclusion; you've run jobs on your own without a supervisor Sales experience: you've quoted and closed your own jobs with homeowners, and you can explain an exclusion quote (entry points, labor, materials, warranty) without a manager Comfortable on ladders and roofs and in attics all day; willing to work in crawlspaces Valid NC driver's license, clean driving record NC pest license or Wildlife Damage Control Agent certification strongly preferred; if you're close, we'll pay to finish it On time, clean truck, good with people Why Reliant You run the route; the owners run the business.
