13336 Industrial Road Suite 108 Omaha, Nebraska 68137 Position Summary The Field Manager oversees Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering pest control services to recurring customers. This role is accountable for building and training a high-performing field team focused on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. Responsibilities Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team. Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols. Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings. Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Qualifications and Requirements 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
