Licensed Exterminator Intelligent Pest Control New York, NY Job Details Full-time $28 - $41 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Driver's License Pest control chemical handling Full Job Description Licensed Pest Control Technician - Commercial Accounts (NYC) Intelligent Pest Control (IPC) is a commercial pest management company serving institutional and hospitality clients across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx — including hospitals, major construction sites, and NYC restaurants and bars. We're hiring an experienced, licensed technician to join our field team. This is not an entry-level role. You must already hold a valid NY pesticide applicator/technician license and have hands-on commercial pest control experience. Please do not apply if you're looking to get licensed on the job — we need someone who can hit the ground running.
What the job actually involves:
  • Servicing commercial accounts (restaurants, hospitals, construction sites) on a set route
  • Bait station installation, inspection, and maintenance
  • Crawling, bending, working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions
  • Early morning starts (as early as 5-7am) at some accounts
  • Driving between job sites in NYC traffic — reliable transportation required
  • Accurate service documentation and reporting
Requirements:
  • Valid NY pesticide applicator/technician license (required, no exceptions)
  • Minimum 1-2 years commercial pest control experience
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
Pay:
$60,000-$80,000/year, based on experience In your application, briefly mention your license type and how long you've held it, plus one commercial account type you've serviced (restaurant, healthcare, construction, etc.).
Pay:
$28.00 - $41.00 per hour
