This is a full-time position serving commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. Schedule Monday through Friday Start time: 8:00 a.m. Workday ends when the assigned route is completed Approximately 40 hours per week Compensation $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and qualifications Consistent full-time schedule Opportunities for increased responsibility as the pest-control division grows Primary Responsibilities Complete scheduled preventative pest-control services Inspect properties and identify pest activity, entry points, and contributing conditions Treat apartments, offices, common areas, and commercial facilities Perform roach clean-outs, rodent-control services, flea treatments, bed-bug treatments, and exterior applications Respond to customer call-ins and pest concerns Maintain accurate service records and treatment documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with property managers, residents, and customers Maintain the assigned company vehicle, equipment, products, and inventory Follow product labels, safety requirements, and company service procedures Perform some pest-control sales and customer outreach during route downtime Identify additional service opportunities and recommend appropriate pest-control solutions Qualifications Three or more years of pest-control experience preferred Current Oklahoma pest-control certification or license preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage an assigned route Strong attendance, reliability, and time-management skills Comfortable communicating with customers and recommending additional services Ability to safely lift and carry pest-control equipment and supplies Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to pass applicable employment screening requirements Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, technically capable, and comfortable working without constant supervision. We are looking for someone who takes pride in solving pest problems, communicates well with customers, documents work accurately, and recognizes opportunities to help grow the company's pest-control division. This position is primarily a pest-control service role. Sales duties are performed during available route downtime and involve identifying customer needs, following up on opportunities, and recommending appropriate services.
