Job Description

Job Overview:
Local family owned pest control company seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to service in the Twin Falls/Sun Valley area. You will be paid hourly plus a monthly revenue share based on total revenue from this market (making the hourly $23
  • 30 per hour) 5 Day work week Monday-Friday.
No experience needed, we will help get you licensed and trained. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires communication with customers out in the field on a daily basis. Lots of growth opportunities, and monthly bonuses.   • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend effective solutions.
  • Apply pesticides and other control measures as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Utilize sales skills to promote additional services to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of treatment plans and progress.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the continued efficiency of equipment and vehicles.
