Job Description
Job Overview:
Local family owned pest control company seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to service in the Twin Falls/Sun Valley area. You will be paid hourly plus a monthly revenue share based on total revenue from this market (making the hourly $23- 30 per hour) 5 Day work week Monday-Friday.
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend effective solutions.
- Apply pesticides and other control measures as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Utilize sales skills to promote additional services to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of treatment plans and progress.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the continued efficiency of equipment and vehicles.
