You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service, building lasting customer relationships, and upholding our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of structures for pests; identify and assess treatment needs. Contribute to territory growth by identifying upsell opportunities, generating referrals, and helping build new business within your assigned route. Apply pesticides, rodenticides, traps and repellents in compliance with product labels, TDA regulations, and company protocols. Operate and maintain treatment equipment (hand tools, power tools, hoses, etc.). Communicate with customers to explain services, build trust, and upsell when appropriate. Maintain accurate service reports and documentation, including required state records. Ensure vehicle and equipment are clean, organized, and functioning properly. Collaborate with office staff for scheduling and customer service support. Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements. Stay current on company systems (e.g., mobile devices for service logging). Requirements Current, valid Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Pest Control license (Technician or Certified Applicator), in good standing — required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. Personal vehicle required during initial training period; company vehicle provided upon completion of training. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend treatment labels and safety protocols (English). Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions (heat, dust, outdoors). Comfortable entering crawl spaces, climbing ladders, and navigating varied terrain. Willingness to use OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment.
