Simply HR is partnering with a local, fast-growing pest control disruptor that views themselves as a high end, classier, customer service company first focused on QUALITY above all else (take more time at your stops, please!) in the Austin area. We aren't just looking for another technician; we are looking for a foundational member of a brand-new team. This role starts at 40 hours per week, and from there, the only direction is up. PEST CONTROL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

: You must know the industry inside and out.

CERTIFIED APPLICATOR LICENSE

: We are anxiously seeking candidates who already hold their CA credentials to hit the ground running, or, who can test and obtain it almost immediately.

What You'll Do Own Your Route:

Run a daily service route with total independence, performing high-level inspections for residential and commercial clients.

Solve Problems:

Identify pest activity and execute safe, effective treatments in strict compliance with state regulations. Be the Face of the

Our reputation is on the road. You must bring a squeaky-clean driving record and a valid license, proving you're as responsible behind the wheel as you are in the field. We aren't looking for "clock-punchers." We want dependable, self-driven individuals hungry for a career path that leads to team management. You're comfortable owning your day outdoors in various conditions and have the physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stay moving.

Compensation & Growth Pay:

$26/hr+ DOE (Depending on Experience). 40+ hours per week Performance incentives including upsell commissions, customer satisfaction bonuses, and completion bonuses.
