In this energetic role, you will utilize your mechanical skills, knowledge of pest management, and safety expertise to deliver effective pest control solutions. Your proactive approach will ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards. Whether working outdoors or in confined spaces, you'll be empowered to make a tangible difference in community health and comfort. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest issues using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Apply chemical agents safely and accurately following pesticide management guidelines and integrated pest management strategies. Operate company vehicles and farm machinery responsibly while adhering to all driving safety regulations. Use ladders safely for elevated inspections or treatments, ensuring ladder safety procedures are followed at all times. Perform pest control treatments with precision, including chemical application and mechanical removal techniques. Maintain detailed records of pest activity, chemical usage, and treatment outcomes in compliance with safety protocols. Communicate clearly with customers about pest issues, treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up procedures to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable, but not necessary. We will train! Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and outdoor work environments. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, chemical handling procedures, and integrated pest management practices. Ability to safely perform confined space entry following safety procedures and use respiratory protection equipment when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and communication. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Physical ability to perform ladder use safely, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and handle physical tasks involving hand tools or farming equipment.
