Full-Time Job Description Top of Market Pay, Bonuses and Perks! You will be responsible for preparing your van with necessary fertilizer and pest control each day. You will head out solo with your job-list each morning. Driving from home to home taking care of our client's yards. There will be time in between client services to spend up-selling surrounding homes for big bonuses. Having good self-management and dedication will help you succeed tremendously. Requirements

• To fit in at Green Grounds you must be friendly, care about your clients and feel a tremendous personal responsibility to provide excellent quality.
• Looking for someone who wants a career not a job. We pay well and want to invest in you and see you succeed.
• You must have a valid UT driver's license and clean driving record.
• No felonies or D.U.I.
• Learn all of the different lawn weeds and diseases.
• Show up every shift and be extremely reliable.
• Must be good at self-management and working alone. You will be ok with working solo fertilizing yards, But also friendly and outgoing enough to chat with clients about their yard and to do up sales.
• Up sales are a major part of how to make the most money so being comfortable knocking on your clients neighbors door to see if they want to be serviced as well.
• Fertilizing license and experience is a HUGE plus but not required

We want you to make a lot of money, we give you the opportunity to make an extra $25-300+ PER

DAY, EVERY SINGLE DAY

this is ON TOP of your normal job pay.
