Pest Control Service Technician Service First Pest Management Service First Pest Management is a fast-growing pest control company looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Service Technician. No pest control experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right person and provide excellent hands-on training while working alongside some of the best in the industry. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that great customer service is a must . Our technicians work independently in the field and represent our company every day, so reliability, communication, professionalism, and the ability to solve problems are extremely important. The right candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working without direct management constantly overseeing them . Job Responsibilities Run and manage an assigned pest control route Provide excellent service and communication to customers Inspect properties and identify pest activity and contributing conditions Apply pest control products according to label directions and company procedures Use hand tools, application equipment, and ladders Work in tight spaces and from heights when necessary Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Maintain accurate service records Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and equipment Provide route coverage when other technicians are on vacation or unavailable Complete additional pest control jobs outside of the normal assigned route as needed Work early-morning or late-evening shifts when required by customer needs Be available for occasional weekend work as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills No previous pest control experience required Willingness to learn and complete our training program Willing and able to obtain and maintain all required pest control licenses Self-motivated and able to work independently Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Clean driving record Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Willingness to work a flexible schedule when necessary What We Offer Competitive pay Excellent industry training Access to 401(k) Access to employee benefits Company-provided equipment and tools Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Independent field work without constant direct supervision Training and experience across a variety of pest management services Our Culture We believe great pest control starts with great people.
