What You'll Do Perform pest control inspections and treatments at residential and commercial properties. Identify pest concerns and recommend effective treatment solutions. Apply products safely and professionally while following company standards and industry regulations. Educate customers about services performed and provide recommendations to help prevent future pest issues. Identify opportunities to enhance customers' protection through additional services when appropriate. Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit. Work closely with your team to ensure customers receive outstanding service. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and pest control equipment. Willingness to work in confined or tight spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other limited-access areas when necessary. Comfortable working around and treating a variety of pests, including stinging insects, rodents, spiders, and other common household and commercial pests.
