Job Description
Job Description We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement. Saela strongly believes in promoting from within and mentoring all employees to help them reach their career goals. Benefits $30 - $40 + / hour (base + servicesales commissions + monthly bonuses) $2000 sign on bonus for any one with an active Washington pest control license Paid training at $25 / hour.
