Please don't waste our time if you are not going to respond to our emails or phone calls. The job is a full time position Monday thru Friday. Once trained you are on your own so looking for someone who can be self motivated, work well under minimal supervision, problem solver, and has a clean driving record in past five years. You will be required to have your own vehicle to drive to and from the office location daily. The work vehicle provided to you will be for work purposes only. We are a small company with a team of six to seven employees who provide a quality service to our clients. Each member of our team develops relationships with clients over time and find comfort in knowing that what we provide as a service is unbeatable. We need another person to join our team who can match our work ethics and efforts while providing our clients with the customer service they deserve. We do NOT offer health insurance at this time. We do provide some other benefits as well as bonuses when possible. If you ask our employees who work with us how they like the company they will say it is almost like family. You will perform pest management to commercial and residential cliental using Integrated Pest Management. You would be expected to inspect, clean, and maintain rodent monitoring devices, treat for insect infestations when needed or desired by the customers, and inspect buildings and surrounding areas for insect and rodent infestations. You will also be expected to report and communicate via verbal in person communication and other various forms of communication reporting what your findings are, or treatments made during services. In addition, scheduling of accounts may be necessary and asked for by the technician. The primary function of this position is to service residential and commercial customers on a contract basis or routine services. This Position is expected to carry a one-gallon sprayer for interior treatment, a four-gallon backpack battery operated sprayer for exterior treatments, and a sixteen lb. bucket of bait when necessary. When the technician has open time, cold sales can be made on possible new accounts, commissions are paid on all new sales accounts. Position will be expected to obtain (training provided) and hold a certification in structural pest control category 7.1 that is renewed every five years. Service vehicles are provided by the company, equipment, uniforms, and other tools needed to perform the job duties. A valid driver's license is needed with only minor infractions for insurance reasons.
