Park West Tree Care division is Now Hiring an Experienced Tree Climber! Must have tree climbing experience, a good attitude and be able to work as a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs all required ground, and tree climbing duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by Crew Leader.
• Ability to follow and execute work orders.
• Learns, understands, and adheres to all safety rules and company safety policies.
• Loads and unloads trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush into a wood-chipper.
• Demonstrates high safety standards, sound tree risk assessment skills, equipment inspection skills, proper application of approved knots, proper climbing techniques and procedures, proper pruning and tree removal skills, and proper rigging techniques.
• Work will be performed at varying heights while secured.
• Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least one year of experience climbing in the tree care industry Able to lift to 55 lbs. from ground level Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers Must have reliable transportation Valid California driver's license is a plus
