Experienced Tree Trimmer / Arborist Join a professional team dedicated to safe, efficient, and high-quality tree care. We are seeking an experienced Tree Trimmer / Arborist with strong knowledge of tree care, equipment operation, and job-site safety. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, comfortable working outdoors, and able to work effectively as part of a crew. Key Responsibilities Perform tree trimming, pruning, removals, and storm-related tree work. Safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, bucket trucks, and other tree-care equipment. Operate dump trucks and company vehicles safely and responsibly. Load, secure, transport, and dispose of branches, logs, and other tree debris. Perform climbing, aerial work, and rigging for routine and complex tree removals. Use proper pruning techniques to support tree health, structure, and appearance. Maintain a clean and organized job site while protecting surrounding property. Follow company, OSHA, and industry safety procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with crew members and complete work efficiently and professionally. Required Qualifications Previous professional experience in tree trimming and removal is required. Proven experience operating a wood chipper and dump truck is required. Strong safe-driving experience and a responsible driving record. Experience using chainsaws and other professional tree-care equipment. Knowledge of arborist rigging, climbing, and safe tree-dismantling practices. Ability to safely perform physically demanding outdoor work. Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
