Tree Crew Member/ Groundsmen LandGraphics - 4.0 Santa Ana, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Paid sick time Qualifications Outdoor work experience Full Job Description About the Role LandGraphics is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Tree Care Groundsman to join our Tree Care team. This position supports tree pruning, removals, and general tree care operations while working alongside experienced crew members. Responsibilities Assist with tree pruning, removals, trimming, and other tree care services. Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely. Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush. Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations. Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations. Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics. Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred, but not required. Experience operating chainsaws or similar power equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
