We're looking for a skilled Tree Climber to join our crew—someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys working outside every day. What You'll Do

• Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals safely and efficiently
• Assist crew leaders with all aspects of tree care and rigging operations
• Operate and maintain equipment including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Identify hazards, assess tree condition, and follow proper arboricultural practices
• Work as part of a team to complete residential and commercial jobs What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of tree climbing or bucket experience preferred
• Ability to climb using ropes, saddle, and/or spikes (with the ability to also climb without spikes)
• Strong understanding of rigging, knots, and safe work practices
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
