Job Summary Join our team as a Utility Tree Worker and become a vital part of maintaining safe, healthy, and efficient work for our utility customers. In this role, you will assist with tree care operations, including trimming, pruning, and removal, using specialized equipment such as bucket trucks and rigging tools. Your work will directly contribute to the safety of utility infrastructure. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive outdoors and are eager to develop their skills in tree felling, tree trimming and equipment operation. Positions we are currently hiring for Bucket truck operators (Prior experience needed) Skid Steer operator (Prior experience needed) Groundman (Entry Level / No experience needed) Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks safely to access elevated tree limbs and utility lines for pruning or removal. Use rigging techniques to carefully lower large branches or trees, ensuring safety for team members and surrounding property. Perform tree removal tasks efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards. Operate safely and productively well within our skilled team. Must treat our employees, customers, landowners, and utility company representatives with respect. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, horticulture, or tree care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with the use of chainsaws, bucket trucks, and other tree care equipment is a plus. Knowledge of rigging techniques, tree trimming, and pruning practices is desirable. Understanding of safety protocols related to working at heights and around utility lines is essential. $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
