- in as little as one year, and we'll show you how. We are willing to train the right candidate, but experience landscapers and tree workers are encouraged to apply. Successful crew members must be physically strong, able to work in extreme weather conditions, able to carry out instructions efficiently, and complete all maintenance tasks to the highest standards.
- Our Crew Leaders have the potential to make anywhere from $85,000 - $125,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Crew Leader
- Understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions
- Assist with tree removals, pruning, and debris disposals
- Safely use tools and equipment (chippers, chainsaws, etc.) to carry out maintenance tasks
- Ensure work sites are kept clean and free of hazards
- Inspect equipment and tools, and perform repairs and maintenance when required
- Use the appropriate gear and observe safety protocols
- Report any issues or safety hazards to the Crew Leader
- Adhere to company and environmental regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- The ability to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for long periods of time
- The ability to lift items in excess of 20+ lbs
- Superb communication skills
- A valid Class "D" driver's license with no current violations
- A valid Class "A" or Class "B" CDL (and/or willingness to acquire)
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willing to work during unfavorable weather conditions
