Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, field crew management, and previous snow removal experience is recommended. Responsibilities Arrive on time and be available for all winter events Safely and efficiently operate your vehicle Coordinate the successful completion of the Scope of Work according to the Level of Service Participate in pre-season crew training events Complete all required training Attend pre-storm and post-storm meetings Communicate with operators, subcontractors, and staff regarding storm expectations and dispatch accordingly Effectively manage operators and service partners throughout your portfolio Maintain the SET list and document all site visits and services in SiteFotos Work in conjunction with all on-site operators, shovel crews, site supervisors, and other Area Managers Complete all post-storm paperwork (on-site inspections, equipment inspections, and consumables inventory) and submit directly to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager. Report damages to property, equipment, or injuries immediately to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager Qualifications Completion of JC Grounds Area Manager Training Program Working smartphone Valid drivers license MA Hoisting License 2A or the ability to acquire if needed. Experience working in dynamic and active job sites with field crews and service partners Excellent communication and follow-through skills Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or previous snow removal experience is recommended Offered compensation: $65/hr - $95/hr Experience and License Requirements Heavy Equipment Operation (optional) MA Hoisting License 2A (optional) Management Snow Removal
