Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Service Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in the outdoors and be a self-motivated individual. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and removal. Operate bucket trucks safely for aerial work on trees. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Be able to manage a crew without direct supervision & complete the job done in a timely manner. Requirements 3-5 years experience in tree trimming, tree care, or landscape maintenance is required. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as bucket trucks, skid steers, and truck/trailer combos safely. Ability to rig trees for safe removal. Transportation and valid drivers license required Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on the job site. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen. Must be punctual, daily & be dependable. Ability to utilize tools used for planting, trimming, removing limbs , trees & stumps. Communication skills to discuss client needs and to share tips on how to care for trees with them.
