Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Barn Manager to oversee daily operations. Our farm only houses aging horses. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care possible, to allow our horses to live a long and comfortable life. Duties Supervise daily farm activities including horse handling, feeding, stall/field cleaning, and daily health checks. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness around the property, barns, and fields Maintain horses healthy weight, monitor medications, regular vet check ups Monitor current health conditions, and adjust current plan accordeling Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting, moving supplies, or equipment with proper safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of animal health, and safety inspections in compliance with industry standards. 5 days a week, Sunday thru Thursday, 7 am to 4 pm No night check (cameras) 3+ of horse experience Join us if you're ready to lead with energy and expertise in a dynamic farm environment! Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
