We are looking for an Arborist Tree Climber to help maintain safe and healthy landscapes across Greater Cincinnati. In this role, you will use specialized equipment and climbing techniques to prune, remove, and care for trees. Responsibilities:

• Climb trees using climbing gear and modern climbing techniques to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks with precision and care
• Safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and hand tools
• Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Follow safety protocols rigorously during all climbing, trimming, and equipment operation activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Tree climbing experience
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team setting
