Arborist Enterprises is looking for a hard working Stump Grinder / Equipment Operator to join our team in Manheim, PA. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and getting the job done right. Stump grinding will be a big part of this role, but you will also have the opportunity to work alongside our tree care crews and help with a variety of jobs. We're looking for someone who has experience operating equipment and is comfortable working with their hands. Tree care experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you've worked in landscaping, on a golf course, or in another outdoor job where you've used different types of equipment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate stump grinders and other equipment safely and efficiently Grind and remove tree stumps and surface roots Help with cleanup, brush removal, chipping, hauling, and other ground work Assist tree crews with general tree care work as needed Operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders, chippers, and other small equipment Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform basic equipment checks and report any mechanical issues Work as part of a team to complete jobs safely and on schedule Learn new skills and take on different types of work within the tree care operation What We're Looking For Experience operating a stump grinder is a plus Experience with landscaping, golf course maintenance, construction, tree care, or other outdoor work Comfortable operating equipment and working with your hands Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather A good work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work safely and follow direction Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed CDL is a plus, but not required Why Join Arborist Enterprises?
