Tree Trimmer needed in Spring Branch, TX — $25/hour, weekday work, paid hourly (not per job). Everview Homes / ACSmith Properties manages about 200 rental and owned properties. Home base is Spring Branch / Canyon Lake / Mystic Shores / Bulverde / New Braunfels. Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls properties are on a scheduled rotation only. You work a daily route. Each property is typically 2-4 hours: trim and prune trees and large shrubs, remove deadwood and storm damage, cut limbs off roofs, fences, and walkways, clear brush, haul your own debris, and leave the yard clean. Pay is $25/hour. We provide the property list and access.

You provide everything else:

truck, fuel, chainsaws, climbing gear, blower, trailer, chipper or dump fees, PPE, and all materials. No company equipment.

Requirements:

Tree trimming or climbing experience on residential properties Live in or work daily from the Spring Branch / Canyon Lake corridor Valid driver's license and your own insured truck Your own tools and a way to haul or chip debris Able to work independently at occupied rentals Available weekdays This is one dedicated person for the portfolio — not a one-off bid per tree.
