Job Description Weekend Tree Work LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking Ground Guy / Brusher to join our local crew in Shawano County. This is a hands-on, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work outdoors, is comfortable around heavy equipment, and wants to learn the ropes of professional tree care.

Key Responsibilities Brush and Debris Management:

Gathering, dragging, and feeding brush, limbs, and logs into a wood chipper safely and efficiently.

Ground Support:

Assisting climbers and crew leaders on the ground with rigging, roping, and tool handling.

Job Site Cleanup:

Raking, blowing, and loading debris to leave residential and commercial job sites spotless.

Equipment Maintenance:

Helping load trucks, secure cargo, and perform basic daily equipment checks and maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications Age:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Experience:

No prior tree service experience required! We are more than willing to train a motivated individual who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation to and from company shop in Shawano County.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work outdoors in all standard Wisconsin weather conditions.
