We are looking for a skilled Tree Climber & Crew Leader to join our team full-time, year-round. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage:
$22.00 - $30.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Example:
Supervise and mentor a field crew to deliver top-quality residential and commercial pruning and removals. Master the
Craft:
Perform high-level climbing, precise rigging, and aerial lift operations matching ANSI and company standards.
Drive Safety:
Ensure absolute compliance with industry safety standards and foster a zero-accident culture.
Collaborate & Consult:
Coordinate closely with Sales Arborists, identify on-site up-sell opportunities, and communicate clearly with property owners.
What We Are Looking For Leadership Experience:
Proven track record managing and training a tree care crew safely.
Technical Expertise:
Strong background in complex rigging, lowering, and tree support (cabling/bracing) techniques.
Credentials:
Valid driver's license required. (ISA Certification or a CDL is a major plus!)
Professionalism:
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to estimate tree work when needed.
