The Role We're looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered MRO environment. You'll work closely with experienced leads and specialists to perform inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and system troubleshooting across a wide range of aircraft components. If you're someone who brings both technical know-how and positive energy to the hangar, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft components in accordance with company, FAA, and OEM standards Diagnose issues using manuals, schematics, and test equipment Document work clearly and accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with leads and engineering to solve complex technical problems Maintain a clean, safe, efficient workspace Participate in continuous improvement efforts—your ideas matter here Represent Haven MRO's values of craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork every day What You Bring Previous aviation maintenance or mechanical experience (MRO experience a plus) Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working with precision tools Ability to read and interpret technical data and schematics A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes Exceptional attention to detail—quality and safety are non-negotiable The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Why Join Haven MRO?
