Experience:

3+ years Position Overview Created Solutions is seeking a Telemetry Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program. This position supports ballistic missile target vehicle development and flight testing, with emphasis on vehicle telemetry, data acquisition, telemetry processing, and mission analysis . What You'll Be Doing Support development and flight testing of ballistic missile target vehicles. Contribute to system design, requirements assessment, modeling and simulation, test analysis, and reporting. Support vehicle telemetry and mission analysis for missile defense flight tests. Configure and operate telemetry data acquisition equipment during test events. Perform telemetry data decommutation, reduction, conversion, and analysis . Generate vehicle visualizations, situational awareness displays, reports, and technical briefings. Support mission planning, pre-mission analysis, test execution, and post-test reporting. Develop engineering and analysis tools with multidisciplinary teams. Apply missile vehicle characteristics, kinematics, signatures, and related engineering principles to technical analyses. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. 3+ years of relevant engineering experience. Active DoD Secret clearance. Experience with telemetry, test engineering, data analysis, modeling and simulation, or related disciplines. Programming proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary technical teams. Desired Qualifications MDA or DoD program/test experience. Experience with telemetry systems and data processing . Experience with design/CAD, trajectory analysis, Radar Cross Section (RCS), or optical signatures. Familiarity with missile vehicle characteristics, kinematics, and performance analysis. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple technical tasks.
