Job Description

Misión The Accounting Analyst is responsible for executing accounting and administrative tasks for the different countries within the group, ensuring the proper recording of transactions and contributing to compliance with corporate accounting closing and reporting processes and deadlines. •This position is based in our offices in Santiago, Chile. English proficiency is mandatory, as the role will report to our subsidiary in Ireland. Funciones Collaborate in the preparation of accounting and financial reports required by the department or branch offices.
Prepare reconciliations, account analyses, and supporting documentation under the guidance of the accounting team.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes by carrying out assigned tasks.
Support the recording, review, and validation of Revenue Accounting information according to department guidelines.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing the required information and documentation.
Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations and manage any differences or necessary adjustments.
Support the analysis of expenses, provisions, schedules, and other inputs for accounting closings.
Collaborate on process improvements and the standardization of accounting procedures.
Provide support in the implementation of new systems, automations, or accounting tools.
Contribute to compliance with the group's accounting policies, controls, and regulations.
Requisitos Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in accounting roles.
Advanced English level (Must-Have)
Intermediate Excel skills.
