Position Summary The Project Coordinator plays a critical support role in the successful planning and execution of O'Keefe Built projects. This position works closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are organized, scheduled, and prepared for construction. The Project Coordinator also supports Project Management through logistics, punch list work, vehicle coordination, and document review, helping projects run smoothly from preproduction through closeout. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being hands-on while supporting multiple projects at once. For the right candidate, this position is likely to evolve into a Project Manager role over time as our needs grow. Key Responsibilities Project & Preproduction Support Assist Project Manager with organizing projects during the preproduction phase Review construction documents, plans, and scopes of work for completeness and clarity Prepare material takeoffs based on construction documents and approved scopes of work Help ensure material quantities are accurate and aligned with project plans and schedules Help prepare projects for handoff to the build team by ensuring documents, materials, and schedules are aligned Track outstanding preconstruction items and follow up as needed Scheduling & Coordination Help maintain and update the company's project schedule Coordinate with Project Manager to track progress and upcoming milestones Assist with scheduling deliveries, inspections, and site visits Field & Logistics Support Deliver materials, tools, and documents to job sites as needed Assist with punch list work and light field tasks to help bring projects to completion Perform site check-ins to support Project Managers and crews Vehicle & Asset Management Help maintain company vehicles, including cleanliness, basic upkeep, and service scheduling Track vehicle usage and report any maintenance or safety concerns General Support Serve as a reliable point of support for Project Manager and build team Help ensure company standards for organization, quality, and professionalism are upheld Perform additional coordination and support tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable reviewing construction documents and learning building systems Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to be hands-on and spend time in the field as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record Proficiency with basic technology and willingness to learn company systems (e.g., project management software) Construction experience is a necessity.
