Longmont, CO Job Description We are seeking an experienced Solderer II to support highreliability electronics used in aerospace, medical, and advanced technology applications. This role focuses on precision soldering and assembly of electronic components to IPC and quality standards. What You' ll Do Hand solder finepitch SMT and thruhole components to PCBs Perform touchup, rework, and solder jumpers under magnification Follow IPC, ESD, MSD, and ISO quality standards Inspect workmanship to ensure highreliability performance What We' re Looking For 2- 4 years of electronics soldering experience IPCA610 and JSTD001 certified (or able to pass) Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail High school diploma or GED Why Join Us Work on missioncritical products in aerospace & medical markets Stable, daytime schedule with no travel Clean, qualityfocused production environment
