For the past 5 years, I have personally trained some of the top-producing apartment locators in the business, agents consistently making $10,000-$30,000 per month in commissions. Now, after personally completing over 1,000 leases with nothing but 5-star reviews, I've built AI software designed specifically to create the highest-volume apartment locating agents possible. This software was built from real experience — by actually doing the job at a high level every single day. We have created a system ranking apartments from best to worst based on real touring experience, pricing, management quality, concessions, value, and client feedback. Instead of wasting time touring clients through random properties, the software helps predict where they are most likely to lease with nearly 90% accuracy. The touring work has already been done for you — because I personally did it.

Your Responsibilities:

Posting online apartment listings Calling through hundreds of existing leads Working new inbound leads generated by the software Qualifying clients over the phone Inputting client preferences into the AI system Booking apartment tours Confirming availability and pricing Touring clients Closing leases Once you input the client's needs into the system, the software automatically matches them with the apartments most likely to fit what they are looking for and automatically sends the recommendations to the client. From there, you simply click "Book Tour," schedule the appointments, tour the client, and close the deal.

Compensation Structure:

Start at 25% commission You will work directly with a Team Lead who will help train you on calls, touring, and closing Once you can consistently operate independently, your commission increases to 40% Once you prove you can consistently produce $10,000-$20,000+ per month, your commission increases to 60% At that point, you will begin training in residential and commercial real estate as well At The Amazing Brokerage, we are a full-service brokerage.
