About the Role We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be the face of the shop, helping customers, keeping things organized, and contributing to our store's transformation. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Operate the register (POS) and handle cash/card transactions Restock shelves, organize displays, and set up new product lines Educate customers about products and recommend add-ons Verify IDs for age-restricted purchases (21+) Keep the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming Requirements Must be 21+ with valid ID Retail or customer service experience preferred (smoke shop or metaphysical experience is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Flexible availability (evenings/weekends) Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits Starting at $15/hr, with opportunities for raises as responsibilities grow Employee discounts on all products Flexible scheduling Fun, laid-back environment in a shop with a creative, evolving vibe
