Job Description

/Maintenance Technician
  • $18-20/hour Local Company has an immediate opening for Contractors, Construction workers with Maintenance Technician experience.
Interested candidates must have at least 2 years' maintenance or construction experience. 1 or more years' experience as a full-charge maintenance technician is preferred. In this diverse position the chosen candidate will be responsible for performing repair, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance which includes improving operating condition, quality and integrity of all building systems and building appearances. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Performs repairs, maintenance. Minor electric and carpentry.
