You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks at company owned properties in Milwaukee, Racine, and Waukesha counties.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion- Some of the tasks may include: painting, drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing repair, electrical repair, and HVAC Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspect units for other maintenance concerns Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Communicate with management staff and be accountable ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential apartment maintenance or other related building trades Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Must provide your own basic tools Clean and insurable drivers license and have transportation to assigned properties.

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
