The flooring technician will be responsible for maintaining ceramic tile, VCT tile, carpet flooring and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation. The position will require the operation of the following flooring equipment; vacuums, low & high-speed swing machines, high pressure and temperature pressure washers, hot water extractors, encapsulation machines, and van mounted carpet cleaning system.

Multiple positions available, full, and part time. Carpet and flooring technicians assist the executive team in maintaining on-site carpet and hard surface flooring. Candidate must be motivated, hardworking, reliable, and energetic with a strong willingness to learn.

Required experience:

Preferably one to two years of Carpet / Floor Care Experience in Tile/Grout, VCT, Hardwood Floors, and Outdoor Services.

Job Responsibilities:

To assist the management team in all duties necessary to provide first class service and exceptional quality when performing the following: Carpet Cleaning, Tile/Grout, Cleaning/Sealing, Wood Floor Cleaning, VCT Stripping & Waxing, Upholstery Cleaning, and Outdoor Surface Cleaning Preparing the necessary equipment and cleaning agents for each job. Work independently with minimal supervision. Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment - scrubbers, extractors, burnishers, and related tools. Maintain an adequate stock of cleaning agents and supplies and restock as necessary. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper chemical handling and PPE use. Complete assigned jobs thoroughly and report any equipment issues or site concerns promptly.

Physical Demands:

Stand, walk, bend, and reach for an extended period. Operate light and heavy machinery. Drive or ride in a company vehicle. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Job Requirements:

driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Ability to work various shifts per week, day, and night.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Paid time off and paid holidays. Company vehicle or milage reimbursement. Paid training on equipment and chemicals.
