Appliance Technician

Responsibilities Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems to identify issues accurately and efficiently Disassemble appliances for repair or replacement of faulty components, ensuring proper assembly afterward Use field service tools and equipment to conduct repairs on-site at customer locations or in our service center Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings in our system Assist with delivery driving when needed by operating a box truck safely to transport appliances or parts Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong mechanical knowledge base Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately Familiarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, electrical systems, and equipment repair techniques Previous experience as a delivery driver or operating a box truck is preferred but not mandatory Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance components or units Valid driver's license with delivery driver experience preferred; clean driving record required Join us to bring your technical skills to life while making a real difference for our customers!
