Apprentices needed for the installation of countertop materials Carstin Kitchen and Bath Products one of the largest manufactures of quality countertop products in the Midwest is looking for apprentice and experienced lead granite and quartz installers. Since 1988 Carstin Brands has been manufacturing and installing quality countertop products. Paid vacation time We are looking for great people to join our expanding installation department. Great people applying should have the following qualifications. 1. A valid driver's license 2. A professional appearance and manor 3. Great problem solving abilities 4. A good sense of humor 5. Mechanical and mathematical abilities 6. Attention to detail 7. The ability to lift heavy objects over 300 lbs. with a partner 8. Knowledge of basic tools If you are a great person and applying for the position of Lead Installer you should have the following qualifications. 1. At least 1 years installing countertop products like Quartz, Granite, Marble and Solid Surface materials. With a focus on quartz, granite and marble. 2. The ability to cut and polish countertop materials in the field if necessary 3. The ability to do minor repairs, seam repairs, chip repairs, etc. 4. Experience mixing acrylic colors in epoxy to achieve color matches to materials. 5. Knowledge of trim carpentry skills as applied to installing cabinets, crown molding, door and window trim, etc. 6. Good leadership, coaching and teaching skills 7. Excellent communication skills 8. Excellent problem solving skills 9. Exceptional organizational skills 10.
