Job Description
Bluebird Staffing is seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain for a direct hire opportunity in the Los Angeles area. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work on innovative healthcare projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities Develop architectural designs for hospitals, medical offices, and healthcare facilities. Prepare construction documents, drawings, and project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams. Ensure designs comply with healthcare building codes and regulatory requirements. Participate in project planning, coordination, and client meetings. Assist through all phases of design and construction administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 3+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in healthcare. multi residential , commercial, large education Strong proficiency with: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills. Working towards being an AIA licensed Architect Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Competitive compensation package #BBS1
